I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I am licensed to practice at a local mental health clinic, licensed to serve a variety of mental health services. I specialize in treating mental health and psychotherapy, as well as as assisting with treatment for substance abuse and substance abuse.

My approach to therapy involves treating anxiety disorders and mental illness through non-psychological therapy and therapy.

My goal is to empower you to think critically about your needs as a patient.
